Work in the winery is in line with work in the vineyard.



The goal of vinification is to highlight the natural expression of ripe berries. We use natural yeasts as a rule. We isolate small batches from the beginning, in a large number of little stainless still vats.

Aging process means accompanying the wine in the natural development of the typicity of the grape variety and the soil.


For this, we use stainless steel vats, amphorae and lightly heated barrels, in varying proportions depending on the wines and vintages.


Finally, we avoid everything that could alter the genuine expression of our wines: filtration, splicing, inputs of all types.


We just try to trace a pure line, from soil to fruit and fruit to wine.
